Sorry, I don't think this is possible because, as far as I know, MIDIs are just arrays of predefined musical instruments. Normal sounds, including human voice sounds, can't be converted. Chances are that the instruments in the MP3 files won't match the predefined ones used for MIDIs either.

A midi isn't a traditional music file. Its essentially sheet music that your computer will process and play using its own MIDI-playback system. That's why some MIDIs sound different depending on what machine it is played on.
Its not possible to convert any kind of audio file into a MIDI.

In reality it all depends on a broad scale. No, MP3 cannot be converted to MIDI but, WAV can. Sadly, it's a joke. There aren't any notes placed correctly and it just sounds like a bunch of gibberish. The following formats can be successfully converted to MIDI:
MML SPC GSF Nintendo DS ROM (.nds) (No, I'm not telling you how to do it) NSF GYM VGM IT XM MOD
That's all I know I've done myself, that actually work well enough to mention but even then, you'd need to heavily edit the MIDI to make it sound remotely good. It's a no go.

The Great Widi program can convert MP3/WAV to mids, but the outcome as jace said, sounds nothing like the mp3 unless you would load it up into a midi editor
if your like normal people make your own midi, use programs its hard to do but you could get it
